XAVORNIK uses different fulfillment methods depending on the product, destination, and applicable fulfillment route. Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Orders not fulfilled through MCF are prepared by XAVORNIK and shipped using UPS, DHL Express, or another tracked express service.
United States
Order Preparation
For orders prepared by XAVORNIK, the applicable order preparation time is generally:
- 2–4 business days, or
- 3–7 business days.
These timeframes refer to order preparation before dispatch and are not estimated delivery times.
Where fitment confirmation or additional order information is required, the applicable preparation period begins after the necessary information has been confirmed.
Transit After Dispatch
For orders shipped by UPS, DHL Express, or another tracked express service, transit time begins after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Express shipments typically arrive approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
For orders fulfilled through MCF, the general XAVORNIK order preparation periods above do not apply once the order is submitted for MCF fulfillment. The estimated delivery date is determined by the MCF shipping service available for the order and may be shown at checkout, in the order confirmation, or through subsequent tracking information.
U.S. Import Duties and Taxes
For applicable U.S. orders shipped internationally, import duties and taxes are prepaid by XAVORNIK under a duties-paid shipping arrangement.
Customers are not required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery for these U.S. orders.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States is free where shown at checkout.
For other orders, applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination, shipment details, and available shipping method.
The shipping amount displayed at checkout is final for the selected address and items. XAVORNIK does not request an undisclosed shipping surcharge after checkout.
Outside the United States
For destinations outside the United States, available shipping methods, preparation times, transit times, and shipping charges may vary depending on the product and destination.
Orders may be shipped using DHL Express or another tracked express service. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout based on the destination, shipment details, and chargeable weight.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges for orders outside the United States are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email when available after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier or fulfillment service. Tracking events may take up to 48 hours to appear after a tracking number is issued. Split shipments may have more than one tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
Preparation and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may be affected by fitment confirmation, address verification, carrier acceptance, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
