OVERVIEW
Welcome to XAVORNIK. The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to HONG KONG TITANFIX TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, trading as XAVORNIK. XAVORNIK operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). XAVORNIK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about ordering, product fitment, programmed products, shipping, import duties and taxes, returns, limited warranties, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, or that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a business or other organization.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing products or services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person without our prior written consent.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors, surface finishes and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, production batches, screen settings or device configuration. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the product’s function do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product photographs, machine-model lists, reference numbers, cross-reference numbers and compatibility information are provided to help identify the product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are aftermarket replacement products and are not manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturer. Manufacturer names, model names, part numbers, symbols and descriptions are used for identification and fitment-reference purposes only. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Product descriptions may be changed at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, export or sanctions restrictions, inability to verify fitment, or inability to deliver to the address provided. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilling it, as applicable. Payment must be authorized and processed before fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Contact us promptly if you request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after sourcing, programming, preparation, packing or dispatch has begun. Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable and disclosed costs already incurred for special sourcing, programming, payment processing or other non-recoverable preparation may be deducted from a cancellation refund.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy and our Returns & Warranty page.
Products may be purchased for personal, business, repair, maintenance, fleet, dealer or other lawful end-use purposes. You must not purchase, resell, export, re-export or use products in violation of applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, customs requirements or intellectual-property rights.
SECTION 4 — FITMENT, PROGRAMMING AND INSTALLATION
Machine-model lists and reference part numbers are references only. Different machines, serial-number ranges, engine configurations and production years may use different parts even when the machine model appears identical.
Before ordering, you must check the original part number and the physical configuration of the original part. When requested, you must provide complete and accurate fitment information, which may include the machine model, serial number, PIN or VIN, engine model, engine serial number, nameplate photographs, front and rear photographs of the original part, connector and pin-layout photographs, mounting details, housing shape, key layout or other information reasonably required for verification.
For programmed controllers, ECUs, monitors and similar electronic products, programming is prepared using the information supplied by you. You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of that information. Fitment verification reduces risk but does not replace inspection and installation by a qualified technician.
Before installation, the installer must inspect the machine-side connectors, pins, wiring, power supply, voltage, grounds and related systems. Damage caused by incorrect customer information, incompatible connectors, bent or damaged pins, wiring faults, short circuits, water ingress, improper voltage, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, modification or use contrary to the product instructions is not considered a manufacturing or programming defect.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The product price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.
The amount payable for an order depends on the product, delivery destination and applicable fulfillment route. Product price, shipping charge and any other merchant-charged amount are shown at checkout or in the applicable quotation.
United States Orders Fulfilled Through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Eligible orders may be fulfilled within the United States through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). The amount payable for the order is shown at checkout based on the applicable U.S. fulfillment arrangement and delivery address. These orders are fulfilled within the United States and are not subject to import duties upon delivery.
United States Orders Shipped Internationally
Applicable orders dispatched internationally to the United States use a duties-paid shipping arrangement where shown at checkout. Where a DDP or import-duties-included shipping method is displayed at checkout, the applicable import duties covered by that shipping service are prepaid by XAVORNIK and included in the applicable shipping arrangement. Customers are not required to pay additional import duties upon delivery for those orders.
Orders Delivered Outside the United States
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the product price and shipping charge do not include destination-country import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees or similar destination charges. These charges, if assessed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any sales, consumption or similar transaction tax collected directly at checkout will be displayed as part of the checkout calculation where applicable. Import duties and import taxes are separate from any sales or transaction tax that may be collected at checkout.
The final product price, shipping charge, applicable tax treatment and order total displayed at checkout control the amount charged for the selected delivery address.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices offered on third-party marketplaces or by other sellers. Third-party marketplace prices may include different platform fees, fulfillment arrangements, shipping charges, promotions, customer-service obligations or other costs. A price difference does not entitle a customer to a price match unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all authorized charges shown at checkout.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping methods, charges and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout where available or provided in a quotation.
Order Preparation and Carrier Transit
For orders prepared by XAVORNIK, order preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. Where fitment confirmation, programming or additional order information is required, the applicable preparation period may begin after the necessary information has been confirmed.
Preparation periods shown on a product page, including 2–4 business days or 3–7 business days where applicable, refer to order preparation before dispatch and are not estimated carrier delivery times.
United States — Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)
Eligible orders may be fulfilled within the United States through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). For these orders, the general XAVORNIK preparation periods described above do not apply once the order is submitted for MCF fulfillment.
The applicable shipping method, shipping charge and delivery information are determined by the fulfillment service available for the order and delivery address and are shown at checkout where available. MCF orders fulfilled within the United States are not subject to import duties upon delivery.
United States — International DDP Shipping
Applicable orders shipped internationally to the United States may use a duties-paid express shipping service. Where a DDP or import-duties-included shipping method is shown at checkout, the applicable import duties covered by that service are prepaid by XAVORNIK. Customers are not required to pay additional import duties upon delivery for those orders.
Destinations Outside the United States — International DAP Shipping
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, international orders delivered outside the United States are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-not-included basis.
The shipping charge shown at checkout covers the applicable transportation service but does not include destination-country import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees or similar destination charges. These charges, if assessed, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Transit and Delivery Estimates
For orders shipped by UPS, DHL Express or another tracked express carrier, carrier transit time begins after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Carrier transit times and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, remote-area delivery, incomplete addresses, customer documentation, weather, public holidays, peak-season congestion, carrier disruption and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delay.
Checkout Charges and Delivery Information
The merchant-charged product and shipping amounts shown at checkout are final for the selected address and items. XAVORNIK does not request an undisclosed shipping surcharge after checkout.
If an order is accepted in error and cannot be delivered on the disclosed terms, we will contact the customer and cancel and refund the affected order rather than require an undisclosed additional payment.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient telephone number and any information reasonably required for delivery or customs clearance. You must cooperate with the carrier or customs authorities if additional documents or identification are reasonably required.
If a parcel is returned, abandoned, refused or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to cooperate with customs, refusal to pay destination-country duties, taxes or other charges for which the recipient is responsible, or another reason attributable to the customer, any refund will be subject to applicable law and the applicable store policies.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND LIMITED WARRANTY
Returns, refunds and limited warranties are governed by our Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy and our Returns & Warranty page.
You may request a return or refund for a non-defective product within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions and statutory rights described in the applicable policy.
No product should be physically returned without prior authorization and return instructions from XAVORNIK. Return arrangements differ depending on the fulfillment route. Some eligible United States website orders fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) may be resolved without requiring a physical return, while authorized physical returns for orders dispatched from Shenzhen may need to be sent to our designated warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
For a claimed product-quality problem, contact us within the applicable warranty period and provide the order number, product part number, machine information and information reasonably necessary to assess the claim. Depending on the confirmed issue and applicable legal rights, a remedy may include troubleshooting, repair, reprogramming, replacement or a refund.
Unless a longer written warranty is expressly provided for the applicable order, our limited warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the following periods beginning on the date of delivery:
- Aftermarket controllers, electronic control units (ECUs) and monitors: 12 months.
- Aftermarket fuel injectors: 6 months.
- Fuel injection pumps, high-pressure fuel pumps, fuel transfer pumps and fuel supply/lift pumps: 6 months.
- Engine overhaul gasket kits, gasket and seal sets, and other small aftermarket parts not listed above: 3 months.
Any longer written warranty expressly provided for an order at the time of purchase will be honored.
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect product selection, improper installation, incorrect timing or calibration, contaminated fuel or lubricants, dry operation, misuse, external damage, unsuitable operating conditions, faulty machine-side wiring, incorrect connections, abnormal external voltage, or alterations or disassembly that caused the reported fault.
Normal installation or use does not, by itself, cancel the right to submit a manufacturing-defect claim. Use of an independent technician does not, by itself, invalidate the warranty.
These commercial warranty periods do not limit any longer or additional rights provided by applicable law.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product data, reviews, video, audio and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to XAVORNIK, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and other applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purchasing purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, scrape or transmit material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
XAVORNIK names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of XAVORNIK or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, manufacturer references and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions or endorsement by us.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion. You should review and accept the terms of the relevant third-party provider before using them. New features, tools and resources offered through the Services will also be subject to these Terms.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials, functionality or hyperlinks supplied or operated by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, products, services or practices of third-party websites you choose to access.
If you leave the Services to access a third-party site, you do so at your own risk. Review the third party’s policies and terms before entering into a transaction. Questions or claims concerning third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
XAVORNIK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with XAVORNIK. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and XAVORNIK, including injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with XAVORNIK.
SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
